Do it Yourself: see this google search
Post a job to elance.com offer what you want (say $25, but you can see what you get for $5 or $10) and ask for submissions, and you pick the best.
Check your dorm or classes or groups and see if there is an artist or designer who’ll do it for you cheap or free.
Ask a professor in your school’s Fine Arts department if there is a student who might be interested.
